Collate and package bid submission documents to ensure tenders submitted prior to closing date
Create and maintain proposal templates
Review EOI/RFT to identify proposal information requirements, timeline and stakeholder involvement
Organise information repository in respect of proposal materials
Organise internal meeting schedules and attending internal and external meetings as instructed
Update tender pipeline following submission with key metrics
Edit and quality control over all proposal documents, including alignment to corporate branding
Lead the preparation of tender schedules relating to company policies and procedures and liaise with internal stakeholders as required to achieve this
Be responsible for the flow of data and documentation amongst internal teams to ensure adherence to submission timelines
