Our federal client, the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Officer to join the ICT Support team.
1) Demonstrated experience providing Level 2 desktop support in a complex enterprise environment, including Windows 10/11 SOE, hardware, software and peripheral support.
6) Strong documentation skills, including maintaining asset records and producing knowledge base articles.
5) Experience collaborating with technical teams and vendors, managing priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement.
2) Strong incident management capability, including triage, investigation, escalation and resolution using ITSM tools.
3) Proven ability to support ICT projects such as SOE rollouts, device deployments and security uplift activities.
4) High-level customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and support users across multiple sites.
