- Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating presentations, diagrams, and graphic representations of design concepts.
- Present and articulate design concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and other team members, fostering collaboration and gaining consensus on direction. Have excellent visualisation and graphic skills.
- Good understanding of CMP (concept masterplan) and DMP (detailed masterplan) process and deliverables.
- Seeking candidates with urban design and masterplanning experience that’s passionate about the future of places and that is intrigues by the multi-disciplinary nature of Woods Bagot / ERA-co and the potential to work with our other studios and offices.
- 5-8+ years post graduate experience in urban design (or equivalent)
- Self-motivated and can take initiative under minimal guidance.
- Have excellent concept and design skills.
- Advanced knowledge in Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus), GIS environmental mapping (or QGIS) and AutoCAD.
- Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude to working and teamwork.
- Strong time management skills in fast paced and interdisciplinary workplace.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Willingness to learn how to use other tools highly desired.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating presentations, diagrams, and graphic representations of design concepts.
- Proficient in advanced design software such as Rhino and others (Grasshopper is a plus) to develop complex forms and urban design solutions.
- Strong collaborator with multidisciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, and engineers to integrate urban design with architectural and environmental considerations.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff members.
- Good understanding of Master planning concepts, best practice, and principles.
- Ability to manage project coordination and organise sub-consultants.
