Attends technical enquiries and work with Factory's Global Service Level 3 and R&D.
Provide technical oversight during commissioning to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Working with Project team and APAC distributor service Team to handle troubleshooting and defects claims both local and oversea within APAC region.
Work with Project Team to verify and close out product/operation issues associated with the package.
Depending on the scope of supply, participate in project technical specifications on Engineering Reviews and Engineering Validation Activities, Studies, Operability, Commissioning in design and Commissioning Procedures.
Assist CiF Manager and Parts Technical teams to manage the service information and verify the parts compatibility and technical correctness.
Contribute to standardization of commissioning practices and knowledge sharing across the regional service organization in APAC region.
Participate and contribute to review various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents, and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the sales/project team.
Analyze, ascertain, and perform differentiation that the defects are warrantable or commercially chargeable.
Supports Hyperscale Key Accounts customers, network and 1st Levels to support on-site or remotely for product issues investigation.
Evaluate engine/gensets/systems operating data. Troubleshoot mechanically on engines, complex automation, electronic and systems issues.
Participates in meetings with the project team to review issues and provide support where necessary.
Assist Service Sale to review quotations for service activities, repairs, and project-specific service requirements.
Collaborate with service sales and technical teams to support service solutions, repair proposals, and post-commissioning service offerings.
Organizes investigations, troubleshooting, and service quality improvement activities and follows through until resolution.
Provides 2nd Level technical support for all Diesel/Gas engines (4000, 2000, 1600). Focus electronics, automation (Foxbat, EnergetIQ, Dive etc.) and software support, simulations to APAC distributors, and PSB projects.

Familiar with the diesel/ gas engines and generators set project testing procedures and applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies. E.g., SS, ISO 3046, 8528 etc.
Willingness to travel regionally for project and service support.
Knowledge in hybrid, electrified, or digitalized power solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems, commissioning workflows, and service operations.
Min. 7-10 years of related work experience in service operations, commissioning, or technical support in diesel/gas engines and power generation, energy systems, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Generator sets. Data center infrastructure and facility knowledge a plus.
Holding of WSQ/HS&E safety certifications or equivalent a plus.
High attention to detail with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
Able to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
WSQ/NEBOSH safety certifications or equivalent.
Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines.
Prior experience with mtu engines or power generation systems.
Capable of testing and calibration of Generator Control Panel and assisting 3rd party supplier on Electrical switchboard and its components, troubleshooting and clear understanding of diesel engines electrical and mechanical system specification.
Possess working experience related to testing LV/ MV Switchboards, commissioning power generators. Possess a LEW license Grade 7/8/9 a plus.
Willingness to travel regionally for service support in APAC region.
Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple commissioning streams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement abilities.
