Maintains plant housekeeping standards.
Completes and maintains all required system inputs and transactions. Responsible for data integrity
Examines products and materials visually and/or physically to ensure quality and proper packaging specifications are met.
Assist and gain knowledge of all required machine and tooling cleaning procedures.
Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Participates in training, meetings and continual improvement processes and methods
Responsible for product packaging which includes weighing, labeling, and inspecting products that meet quality and shipping standards.
Sets high standards of work performance; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks.
Monitors all production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Ensures materials meet the recipe specifications and loads designated materials into machinery.
Reports equipment and processing issues to supervision.
Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and bump caps for 12-hour shifts.

Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide and apply these skills to weights, measures of volume, speed, and distance.
Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 -110 degrees Fahrenheit
Must be able to use computers to enter worked time, log production and complete assigned training.
Must be able to work in dusty environments and wear appropriate dust masks and respirators as required.
Must be able to safely walk on occasionally dusty, wet and/or slippery surfaces.
Must be able to work collaboratively in fast paced team environment.
Must have effective problem-solving skills and demonstrate a basic level of mechanical aptitude.
Must have the ability to routinely climb vertical fixed and mobile ladders.
This position may require forklift certification depending on the assignment.
Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of small hand tools, scales, calipers, tape measure, hand trucks, utility knife and computer equipment.
Must have the ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck as required.
Must be able to read/comprehend all instructions and policies in English.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English during one-on-one and small group situations.
Must have the ability to routinely bend, squat, kneel, twist/turn.
Must have the ability to reach above their shoulders.
Must have the ability to stand for 12 hours.
Must have the ability to routinely lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. unassisted.
