- Collaborate with Content and Sales teams to develop compelling and effective marketing assets - including dynamic content emails and personalised landing pages - that drive engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the IT and Sales teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the seamless integration of Marketo with Salesforce and other key systems and platforms.
- Manage lead lifecycle processes, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution, to ensure high-quality lead flow and accurate performance tracking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies using Marketo to drive lead generation, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall business goals.
- Promote and uphold marketing automation best practices by providing ongoing training and support to Marketing and Sales teams.
- Data Management: Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

We need an experienced Marketo Marketing Automation Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis and play a crucial role in increasing conversions, nurturing leads, and demonstrating commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful Marketo campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms using Marketo. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Salesforce or any CRM.
