What you would be doing

Assist in habitat loss/gain calculations, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and ecological impact evaluations.
Prepare and review ecological reports such as Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), BNG assessments, and Nature Conservation (NC) reports.
Support proposal writing and other business development activities.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and collaborate with global ecology colleagues.
Support the use of digital tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, data visualization) to improve ecological deliverables.
Contribute to the development of habitat mitigation and compensation plans under UK legislation.

Master’s degree or higher in Ecology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related discipline.
