The foreman will test electrical systems with appropriate tools, oversee system safety, and document actions, results, and diagnoses for each job. Responsibilities include troubleshooting using testing devices, blueprints, and maps, maintaining a safe work environment in line with company and OSHA standards, and using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts on commercial properties. Equipment maintenance, general housekeeping, conduit bending, and proper tool utilization are also required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, including at least 4 years leading mission‑critical projects and teams. The role involves developing and monitoring construction schedules, directing installation and troubleshooting, coordinating manpower and cross‑functional communication, managing material orders after competitive price comparisons, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.
