- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment, and work from heights on ladders or lifts
- Resilience to work effectively in various weather conditions
