A Vice President (VP) of Land Development oversees land acquisition, planning, and development for various projects, managing budgets, timelines, regulatory approvals, and teams of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.   • Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, architects, contractors, and other consultants, fostering strong working relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure Development: Manage the design and installation of essential infrastructure, including roadways, water and sewer systems, and community amenities.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, conduct value engineering, and secure necessary financing to ensure project viability.
  • Risk Management: Conduct site assessments, manage geotechnical reports, and address any issues or delays that arise during the development process to mitigate risks.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire development process from initial feasibility studies, land acquisition, planning, design, and securing permits to final project completion and turnover.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and other local ordinances.
