Be responsible for managing larger portions of CM/DB projects involving multiple subcontractors, technically complex construction techniques, complex construction phasing, public relations and other potentially challenging aspects that require a higher level of experience and skill.
Effectively anticipates potential issues and challenges and works with the Construction Project Management to mitigate potential issues in a timely manner.
Proactively seeks to identify efficiencies and uses innovation for projects performed on a lump sum or other alternate pricing basis to deliver value to the client and Haley & Aldrich.
Establish a strong relationship with subcontractors that is based on respect and works to ensure that subcontractors are vested in the overall project goals and partnering relationship with Haley & Aldrich.
Have direct communication with the client representative and in doing so communicates in an effective and professional manner with an understanding of the valued relationship with the client.
Provide primary in field management and oversight for Construction Management/Design Build services and/or field investigation programs for more complex and larger scale project.
Manage, coordinate and schedule subcontractors and material suppliers in a manner that meets project schedule and budget.
