Handle documentation, payment schedules, and CRM software efficiently.

Track the full customer lifecycle from booking to handover.
Manage reservation forms, SPAs and all required sales documentation.
Support post-sales activities, including registration, DLD processes, PRO services, handovers, and Oqood registrations
Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for Oqood registrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
4–5 years of proven experience in UAE Real Estate (CRM).
Must have hands-on experience with DLD processes, PRO services, and Oqood.
