In this role you will work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer problems and demonstrate how Ideagen’s products solve them. You will guide the sales process for enterprise and mid‑market clients, tailoring your approach to different audiences, and act as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep product and industry knowledge.

Present tailored product demos that address customer pain points
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and solutions
Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Offer expert advice on industry best practices and standards
Support marketing through webinars and promote core messages
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors
Design and maintain demo environments for different markets
Create demo scripts based on customer use cases
Respond to technical and functional RFP requirements
Assist the implementation team during customer handover

Requirements

Understand customer needs and business goals through consultations and discovery sessions
3+ years experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or consulting in EHS or related fields
Background in Business, Engineering, or EHS; certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, CSP are a plus
Strong knowledge of product management software and SaaS platforms
Familiarity with APIs, interoperability, data warehousing, and software architecture
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for explaining EHS solutions
Analytical, customer‑focused, and effective in fast‑paced team settings
Proven ability to manage multiple pre‑sales projects
Willingness to travel and represent the company professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
