The Senior Technology Project Manager will join VHB’s Corporate Technology Enablement Team and steer the complete lifecycle of technology projects, both for external clients and internal initiatives. Responsibilities cover everything from concept and design through development, testing, and implementation to deliver solutions that meet end‑user requirements.
- Develop and implement project management processes to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality standards.
- Analyze project outcomes to propose technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage technical and non‑technical aspects of medium‑scale projects and secure necessary resources.
- Conduct financial and budget analysis to align solutions with user needs and VHB standards.
- Define, deliver, and support moderately complex technology implementation plans.
- Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and oversee resource allocation and daily workflow.
- Serve as liaison among team members, external clients, and senior management to maintain communication and alignment.
- Monitor deadlines and quality benchmarks, providing comprehensive reports to sponsors.
- Mentor less‑experienced personnel and provide technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and VHB internal policies.
- Influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

- Demonstrate deep technical understanding of software and systems.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; detail‑oriented, organized, and initiative‑taking.
- 8+ years of project management experience and 5+ years of technology experience.
- BS in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
- PMP certification.
