

Designs, manufactures, and services elevators, escalators, and moving walkways worldwide.
Key duties include delivering engineering and technical assistance to service, MOD and new‑equipment teams, managing a callback reduction centre, analysing callback data across product models, and developing standard field processes such as maintenance procedures, technical articles, and training modules. The role also participates in factory LDC and PIC projects, incorporates field learnings, and supports turn‑back resolutions.
Successful candidates will have strong technical knowledge, quality‑analysis skills, and a proven analytical problem‑solving approach. A diploma or degree in electronic/electrical engineering and at least five years of experience—preferably in the elevator industry—are required. The position demands close coordination with field operations and factory teams.
