● Establish SOPs and governance frameworks across BFSI products.
● Hire and manage team members as BFSI initiatives scale.

The Entrepreneur-in-Residence will operate with real ownership across execution, partnerships, product direction, and P&L, while shaping the long-term BFSI roadmap for the company.

At SwanSat, you will help build an agriculture-fi rst BFSI cloud that goes beyond any single product category. You will shape the roadmap, test ideas in the real world, and scale what delivers measurable value to farmers.
● Identify bottlenecks in execution, distribution, or servicing and address them before scale amplifi es risk.

Own and build SwanSat’s BFSI cloud with agriculture as the primary domain.
● Track revenue, cost structures, and unit economics.
● Ensure products are designed with regulatory awareness, operational feasibility, and clear farmer value.
● Support pricing and commercial negotiations with partners.
This role is responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling agriculture-fi rst BFSI products that help farmers manage risk, protect income, and improve fi nancial resilience. Insurance is one of the use cases within this BFSI cloud, alongside other agri-focused fi nancial protection and risk-management products.
● Own execution of BFSI products in the market, including insurance and other agri-linked fi nancial offerings.
● Make informed decisions on which products to scale, iterate, or discontinue.
● Own the P&L for the BFSI cloud across products.
● Comfortable learning BFSI constructs from fi rst principles.
