The position operates on a 7‑day on / 7‑day off day‑night shift roster, giving you extended periods to recharge. On‑site you act as the go‑to expert, ensuring systems run smoothly, collaborating with engineering to improve products, and troubleshooting cutting‑edge autonomous systems.
Key duties include delivering product application expertise, consulting with customers on people, process, and site‑status improvements, establishing MineStar best practices, reviewing audits and recommending enhancements, mentoring junior staff, and building Power BI dashboards for performance visibility.
- Provide MineStar application expertise and serve as on‑site customer consultant.
- Advise on organizational, process, and performance benchmarks to optimize mining operations.
- Establish and enforce MineStar best practices, conduct site audits and recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and train site staff.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for data‑driven decision making.
- Work independently while influencing cross‑functional teams and customers.

- Possess technical expertise in mining technology, preferably a degree in Mining Engineering.
- Experience with MineStar systems, autonomous haul trucks, and mine‑site environments.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
