Prepare and maintain preliminary budgets, procurement schedules, and risk registers.
Assist in preparing and coordinating tender packages, design documentation, and early works planning.
Review and interpret DA conditions, BCA compliance, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
Contribute to client-side reporting, governance documentation, and stakeholder briefings.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and client representatives to ensure design intent and compliance requirements are met.
Coordinate value engineering workshops, design reviews, and risk assessments.
Ensure adherence to WHS legislation, company processes, and industry standards.
Assist in preparing Design & Construct contracts, including consultant agreements and scopes of work.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team delivering purposeful, community-driven projects across NSW, QLD, and interstate.

3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role within construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
