- Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provide appropriate levels of detail and summarize complex issues succinctly
- Manage and meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee budgets.
- Track and maintain design/FF&E projects.
- Review departmental performance, analyze results, and provide reports to client and senior leadership

- Thorough understanding of systems furniture and the Design to Construction process
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability and credibility to work through all levels of the enterprise as a business partner and change agent.
- Possesses exceptional consulting skills (the ability to scope, develop and manage project solutions).
- Knowledge in design specification development
- Knowledge use/of AutoCAD/Revit
- Ability to travel (25% of the time)
- B.A. Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Studies, or relevant degree.Â
- Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and mindset.
- High degree of empathy with the ability to understand issues from the perspective of others.
- Â Experience with CRM, ERP, Accounting and other business applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
- Solid understanding of Project Management Principles (PMP).
- The ability to conduct research, analyze results and make proposals/recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative factors/data.
- 7-10 years Project Management experience in design field, or combination of education and experience in order to perform essential duties
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, systems thinker who proactively identifies opportunities; collaborates across boundaries, influences to resolve issues, and partners to implement solutions and achieve desired results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc
- Direct experience leading project communication of scope & risks, to external partners and/or client
- Must be committed to mentor and develop designers, possess a positive attitude and inspire team.
- Ability to build relationships with Senior Leaders and provide coach and counsel on sensitive diversity and inclusion topics.
- Knowledge use of CAD associated specification tools
- Knowledge of interior design principles, to include texture, color, form, function, materiality balance, rhythm, repetition, proximity, symmetry, biophilia, historical precedent, sustainability, Gestalt, symbolism, cognition and perception.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with proven experience in measurement, benchmarking, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Proactive and motivated to get things done. Requires the ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
- Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
- Experience in FF&E preferred: design, specification, sales, procurement, asset management, etc.
