

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property managers work independently across multiple sites, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking or standing outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers are also responsible for cleaning interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
