Create and review technical drawings, facility layouts, and equipment placements using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to support facility improvements and optimize layouts.
Oversee contractor coordination and vendor support for construction and installation projects.
Support troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across facility operations and documentation processes.

5 or more years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or turbine component manufacturing environment. Candidates with more experience may be considered at a higher level, while those with less experience are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree.
Understanding of blade and vane manufacturing processes, including casting, coating, drilling, and refurbishment.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
