- Produce clear technical service reports and Health & Safety documentation.
- Deliver high-quality servicing and maintenance for Munters equipment.
- Identify and replace faulty components to restore or improve system performance.
- Conduct airflow measurements and performance assessments according to company standards.
- Proactively identify servicing opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Undertake system upgrades and refurbishments on-site or in our Return to Works facility.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams (Engineering, Service Support, Sales, Field Operations).
- Contribute to Munters’ reputation as the preferred climate control provider.

- Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Holds HNC/HND or a higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Is highly independent, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a small team environment.
- Has a minimum of 3 years field servicing experience on industrial or engineered equipment.
- Is confident in fault diagnosis, technical reporting, and customer communication.
- Lives in or near the Athlone – Lucan – Portlaoise triangle (preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of field servicing experience of technical or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and air handling techniques.
- Has experience with HVAC systems, air handling, and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Experienced in producing technical reports and communicating effectively with customers.
