- Advanced understanding of renewable project constructability, electrical system optimization (including inverter capacity, capacitor banks, DC/AC/POI optimization), coordination and understanding of basis electrical studies (such as reactive power, ampacity, etc.), and deep knowledge of electrical components and configurations.
- A minimum of four to seven years of experience with a strong focus on project execution. Strong preference will be given to candidates with dominant utility-scale renewable energy experience (solar, wind, or battery storage) with an emphasis on PV, BESS, and layout design and optimization.
- A demonstrated interest in and experience with renewable energy projects in the United States, as well as solar experience, are strongly preferred.
- Higher-level understanding of the basic principles of related disciplines, with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as superior organizational, ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $185,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
