In-depth programme analysis and subsequent communication of the projects programmes risks and opportunities including proposing mitigating actions
Summarise projects status upstream to senior management, highlighting any unresolved major risks and potential overruns
Analyse documents from external and internal sources
Capturing as-built progress data
Hands-on planning, in conjunction with the project team, optimum working programme to meet project objectives covering, design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, handover, client key dates
Chair and minute programme, logistic and delivery workshops
Monitoring and reporting progress against programmes, suggesting mitigation actions
Meeting/ communicating with supply chain specialists to confirm suitable method and programme for scope given project specific constraints.
Compiling and undertaking the projects progress
Communicating within the project team to ensure they are aware of their roles in meeting the programme

Data Center Project experience
Detailed knowledge of the key features of common forms of contract entered in UK
Can quickly and clearly articulate key issues and listen and capture concerns of others
Use of specialist planning software (Asta), training from other planning software is an option
