Conduct quality assurance reviews of training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for training delivery.
Assist with file management and version control within our Learning Management System (LMS) and Sharepoint sites.
Observe and support administrative tasks related to training development, documentation, delivery and recordkeeping.
Help produce multimedia elements including graphics, audio, and video for training modules.
Support the creation of interactive and engaging content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and target audience needs.
Assist in the design, development and revision of instructional materials for digital and instructor-led training.
Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and updates.

Experience with video editing or graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva).

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design and Technology, Workforce Development, Adult Education, or a related field.
