Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines using Revit and other BIM tools.
Generate construction documents and shop drawings directly from BIM models to support fabrication and installation.
Provide 3D visualization and technical input during planning and construction phases.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to integrate piping, HVAC, and utility systems accurately.
Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical systems across industrial, commercial, and high-purity projects.
Maintain BIM standards and workflows aligned with a design-build approach.
Mentor team members on BIM tools and best practices.

Knowledge of fabrication software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.

Optional: AutoCAD Fabrication CADMEP 2024+, Point Cloud Handling
AutoCAD 2024+, Navisworks 2024+, Revit 2024 (CADMEP fabrication parts)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems (piping, HVAC, high-purity installations).
2–5 years of BIM experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or industrial piping projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients.
