Tasks

We are currently searching for a site-based Senior Planner on a 19:9 rotation to join the Project Controls team. Reporting to the site leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting Project Controls/Planning whilst playing a critical role in the development, coordination & monitoring of detailed construction schedules & programs. -Identify critical paths, constraints, and risks, and propose mitigation strategies. -Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to integrate their schedules into the overall program. -Provide weekly and monthly updates, including look-ahead programs, progress reports, and dashboard summaries. -Monitor project progress against the baseline program, analyzing deviations and reporting impacts. -Create and manage the master program using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6). -Support the planning and scheduling function on-site, ensuring detailed and accurate project schedules are developed and maintained. -Work collaboratively with all disciplines on-site to gather input, validate progress, and forecast future works.

What You Bring

-Degree in Engineering or Economics -Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site (FIFO). -Proven experience as a Senior Planner, ideally on EPC/construction projects. -Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, and earned value management. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment. -Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6.
