Pre-Construction and Procore Manager

Join our team as a Preconstruction & Procore Manager where you can leverage your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the successful execution of innovative construction projects.

• Supervise or prepare final Mobilization Plans for permitting and site use.
• Develop and submit comprehensive Mobilization Plans for PM approval.
• Track expeditor assignments and permit statuses.
• Coordinate with Project Managers after award to define mobilization requirements.
• Support warranty tracking, TWLAS, and inspection letters.
• Work directly with expeditors on permit filings (e.g., CD-5, TPP, SSP).
• Conduct site visits and prepare initial sketches and a list of required DOB/DOT permits.
• Prepare sketches and assist with permit amendments and shop drawings.
• Manage Procore project setup, submittals, and directories.
• Transfer complete mobilization packages to PMs for execution.

• 2-3 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Pro EST is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of NYC DOB/DOT permitting processes.
• Experience with Procore is required for 1 year minimum.
