Sell and install Lutron motorized shades in SW Florida, managing sales & projects.

Tasks

-Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and best practices. -Travel within the designated areas to meet with clients and oversee projects. -Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Lutron automated shading solutions. -Oversee installation of Lutron Shades, ensuring high-quality workmanship. -Provide expert guidance on fabric selection, system design, and installation. -Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients. -Train and support clients on the use and maintenance of shading systems. -Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling and installing automated shading solutions. -Strong technical skills and proficiency in shading system installation. -Frequent travel within Southwest Florida; primarily Naples, Florida -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. -Proven track record of successful sales and project management. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Extensive knowledge of Lutron shading products and systems.
