The Project Manager role supports the Rolls‑Royce client portfolio, leading the inspection of pipework across the UK building estate. This position requires close collaboration with diverse teams on‑site and across multiple Rolls‑Royce locations, applying innovative approaches to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes.
Key duties include overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating contractors for pipework inspections and other UK‑wide initiatives such as BMS upgrades, building surveys, crane safety alerts, and interceptor upgrades. The manager will maintain clear client communication, manage risks in line with UK regulations, monitor performance using data‑driven insights, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, all while promoting sustainable and technology‑focused solutions.
Applicants must have solid experience in UK real estate, construction, M&E, or manufacturing project management, a strong grasp of UK building regulations, and proven leadership and problem‑solving skills. Required credentials include PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and proficiency with project management software and MS Office. Preferred qualifications encompass sustainable building practices (BREEAM), BIM, Agile methodologies, multi‑site project experience, and additional certifications such as APM, RICS, CDM 2015, SMSTS, or NEBOSH.
