

Oversee change orders, RFIs, progress billings, and monthly invoicing
Manage full project lifecycle including schedules, budgets, and planning
Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and close-out packages
Track labour, materials, and overall cost performance
Coordinate closely with Site Supervisors, consultants, and subtrades
Identify and manage long-lead procurement items
Lead project meetings and provide consistent reporting

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi family construction projects in Greater Victoria. This role manages full project delivery from planning through close-out, with a strong focus on scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and communication.
6 to 8 years construction experience, ideally multi family or mixed use
Class 5 driver’s license
Strong understanding of drawings, scopes, contracts, and building code
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and change processes
