Experience with MicroStation ORD projects
20+ years of experience with Microstation, Geopak (or Open Roads) and TDOT procedures a must
Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or on a daily basis as changes occur in project needs
Previous work experience in an AEC related firm
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal employees
Proven experience in handling project management responsibilities including multiple deadlines
Bachelor of Science Degree, Civil Engineering is required
TDOT Local Government Guidelines/Local Programs Certification
Ability to build strong relationships
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (TN preferred)
Director will interact with Client and other consultants and must have good communication skills.
