QA/QC Manager

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and quality control systems across Grid Properties’ projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and company policies, while upholding the highest standards of construction quality.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to site QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, NCRs, and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes and quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for ISO certification and renewals.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality management systems, statutory requirements, and client expectations.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Manage material submittals, approvals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead QA/QC teams in conducting inspections, site surveillance, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals in line with ISO standards.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities for civil, architectural, and MEP works.

• ISO Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing QA/QC in large-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and international best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in QA/QC within the real estate or construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
