Lead a team of District Support Specialists: This will include training, mentoring, performing quality control, and providing guidance with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Serve as a subject matter expert for time and payroll issues. This includes pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, off-cycles, pay additions, overtime rules, and general payroll and time inquiries.
Monitor team workloads and assist and backup as necessary and support the team in responding to internal customer questions and concerns.
