Description

• Manage incoming tier‑1 customer enquiries from Premium Care and National Key Accounts.
• Deliver first‑contact resolution for customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage personal and team cases within defined service level agreements.
• Contribute to process improvements and business enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clear career pathways.

Requirements

• Possess 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce and SAP.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply strong problem‑solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
