- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire de maintenance ou d’entretien général.
- Disponibilité pour urgence
- Plomberie (fuites, robinets, drains, etc.)
- Menuiserie (réparations de portes, cadres, armoires, etc.)
- Gérer l’inventaire des outils, matériaux et fournitures nécessaires aux interventions.
- Diagnostiquer et corriger rapidement les problèmes techniques afin de limiter les impacts sur les opérations.
- Aptitudes physiques : Capacité à effectuer des tâches physiques et à soulever des charges lourdes.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissances pratiques en plomberie, électricité, menuiserie et réparation d’équipements.
- Autonomie et réactivité : Capacité à gérer des situations imprévues et à travailler de manière autonome sans supervision constante.
- Intervenir lors de situations urgentes (bris,dégâts d’eau, pannes critiques) et prioriser efficacement les actions à entreprendre.
- Langues : Compétences en communication orale et écrite en français (anglais est un atout).
- Électricité de base (remplacement de prises, luminaires, interrupteurs, etc.
- Effectuer des réparations mineures et correctives (en cas de besoin) dans plusieurs domaines:
- Horaire flexible de jour;
- 3 semaines de vacances;
