Description

• Work closely with Engineering / Project teams to ensure commercial governance
• Manage change events from identification through to agreement and close-out
• Draft commercial responses and support negotiation
• Assess compensation events, variations and claims
• Prepare and update forecasts, reports and cost analysis

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E understanding and demonstrable exposure to NEC contracts to step into a pivotal project role.

• Confidence handling change management processes and CE submissions
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts - essential
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
• Available to work on site 3 days per week
• Proven experience as an M&E QS on large infrastructure or technically complex schemes
• Immediate or short-notice availability advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment

Benefits

• £500-£550 per day, DOE
• 6-month initial term with the opportunity for an extension
