Prepare, review, and authorize project agreements including scope, schedules, fees, and subconsultant contracts.
Mentor and coach project team members to support their professional development.
Monitor project financials and proactively navigate scope changes, scheduling shifts, and billing needs.
Strengthen existing client relationships and support strategic business development efforts.
Foster strong collaboration and communication across departments to achieve project and organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to company standards, QA/QC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee and approve technical deliverables such as designs, construction plans, bid documents, and cost estimates.

10+ years of engineering experience, including 6+ years managing teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
Strong record of mentoring and coaching emerging leaders.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain registration within six months.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
Excellent leadership, team-building, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Experience with business and strategic planning processes.
Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with strong strategic thinking abilities.
