Experience and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) required: familiarity with Maximo and/or ATLAS mobile platform preferred.
Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems (a plus).
Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
Possess and maintain the FDNY Certificates of Fitness (F-53 AND S-95) or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. The company will cover all associated costs for training, testing, and certification.
This role requires compliance with FDNY Certificate of Fitness (COF).
In possession of appropriate paperwork to gain and maintain employment in the US.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced large commercial maintenance or facilities environment.
Knowledge of Airport equipment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
3+ years of maintenance planning, facilities operations, or dispatch experience preferred.
