Admin Officer supporting sales team with orders, logistics, reporting and customer service

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics or warehouse teams. -Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and billing. -Assist with contract preparation and review. -Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics. -Generate and maintain sales reports. -Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. -Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices. -Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. -Communicate updates regarding procedures and pricing.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales/order processing software. -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration support role. -Certificate III in Business Administration is highly regarded but not essential. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Friendly and confident customer service approach, with the ability to handle concerns professionally.
