Assist with the preparation of interim applications, including works executed, materials on site and works by subcontractors is submitted to the Client’s team by agreed deadline.
Assist with generating payments and distribute notices to suppliers and subcontractors, including the measurement of works and differences executed to evaluate final costs and accounts.
Assist with analyzing subcontract quotations
Assist with reviewing conditions and/or qualifications prior to submission of a tender
Assist with the procurement of subcontractors
Contribute to the submission of weekly financial forecasting including the assembling of contract costs.
Assist with contract variations and help evaluate and measure these with Senior Quantity Surveyors
