Description
Develop effective relationships with clients, Engagement Managers, Business Directors and engagement teams
Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
Tracks metrics to demonstrate a cultural acceptance of risk management throughout the region;
Communicate and train engagement and business unit team members in risk management processes and procedures;
Assist the Global Director, Risk Management with the development of risk management procedures and functional guides;
Develops engagement risk management plans, facilitates technical risk workshops and hazard studies (i.e. HAZOPs); maintains risk register; periodically re-evaluate risks for their continued relevance, true priority, anticipated effectiveness of the proposed risk treatment plans and validity of documented trigger event;
Develop and maintain project risk management frameworks and policies.
Participate in project set-up and project closure reviews, project gate reviews, project management reviews, quality audits, risk management independent reviews and recommend actions for improvement;
Facilitates the development of contingency assessment for both CAPEX and schedule throughout the various phases of project;
Contributes to fostering a knowledge sharing culture by actively participating in the risk knowledge networks and collaborative forums.
