The Field Supervisor – Service acts as the technical coordinator between area executives, field employees and customers. He/she is present at examiner sites to collect feedback, plan the daily schedule and ensure smooth execution of service activities. Responsibilities include conducting annual equipment surveys, planning preventive repair schedules, performing NIS for new constructions, estimating extra work and issuing “T” orders. The supervisor also leads toolbox talks, reinforces safety practices and monitors callbacks to reduce recurring issues.
Additional duties focus on risk and safety management. The supervisor must ensure that hazards identified in Job Hazard Analyses are mitigated, conduct scheduled EH&S inspections and audits, and complete all corrective actions within the defined timelines. This role also involves performing functional performance audits, participating in incident investigations and maintaining compliance with environmental, health and safety policies.
