  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with operational districts and applicable champions.
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building material and required standards applicable by discipline.
  • Experience in commercial construction scheduling and P6 or P6 EPPM.
  • Utilizes critical thinking skills to analyze situations and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a close-knit group of construction services subject matter experts who guide, mentor, and train project and district teams throughout North America.
  • 5 to 8 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
  • Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
