Ability to work well and collaborate with a close-knit group of construction services subject matter experts who guide, mentor, and train project and district teams throughout North America.
5 to 8 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including technical writing.
Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
