Spicerhaart’s haart Estate Agents in Luton is looking for an experienced, driven Lettings Negotiator who puts customers first and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The role offers a key position in a high‑performing branch and the chance to develop skills within a supportive, progressive business.
Key competencies include a full UK manual driving licence, strong teamwork and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. An awareness of current residential letting legislation is desirable.
Applicants must have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK and will be required to provide proof of right to work, address, National Insurance number and a driving licence check. Interviews are currently conducted via video software.
