A track record in solution selling, channel management, navigating long sales cycles, and executing a "land and expand" strategy
5+ years of experience in the Build-to-Rent/Multifamily industry or physical security sales at the Enterprise end-user level
Proven success in making direct contact with end-user decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and establishing strong value propositions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong and unwavering "hunter" mentality is required for this role
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
