The Virtual Design and Construction Drawing Production Manager role centers on delivering coordinated mechanical, plumbing, and fire‑protection shop drawings that are clear, constructible, and aligned with field execution. The position acts as the critical link between VDC Managers, Project Managers, and production teams, and offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or on‑site across all U.S. time zones.

Success is measured by taking ownership of 3–5 active shop‑drawing projects within the first 30 days, establishing reliable QA/QC processes for all drawing deliverables within 60–90 days, and identifying at least one internal workflow improvement within the first 90 days, using automation and analytics to surface risks early.

• Coordinate production of mechanical, plumbing, and fire‑protection shop drawings across 3–5 active projects, ensuring clear direction and timely delivery.
• Implement and manage QA/QC review processes for drawing packages to guarantee technical accuracy and constructability before client submittal.
• Identify and support at least one internal workflow improvement initiative within the first 90 days.
• Serve as liaison between VDC Managers, Project Managers, and production teams to maintain technical precision.
• Leverage automation and analytics to flag schedule risks, budget overruns, and resource needs early.
