As a Recruiter, you will support end-to-end hiring for U.S. job requirements. This is an excellent entry-
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication & job fit
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal database & social networks
closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to identify and place top candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients
Confident and strong interpersonal skills
0–1 year experience in Recruitment, HR, Sales, or Customer Service (Freshers welcome!)
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
Basic computer knowledge; MS Office familiarity (ATS knowledge is a bonus)
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
