Play a significant role in AI/ML-driven transformations by identifying and executing opportunities to embed Gen AI automation into core MDM processes such as data quality, matching, deduplication, and enrichment.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business process/requirements and convert those into user stories enabling a high level functional design.
Champion an AI-first approach in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions for Master Data Management (MDM).
Participate in the Architecture Guild Community of Practice to educate, and guide on principles, standards and patterns."
Facilitate assessment and maintenance of business capabilities for maturity, priority and overall risk.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise data standards and regulatory requirements.
Driving quality assurance of all the architecture or decisions and provide technical mitigation support to the delivery.

Experience working on enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis, and profiling skills using SQL.
Good understanding and hands on experience on Integration technologies(Informatica, Workato, Kafka).
Strong SQL and Data Modeling skills.
Working knowledge of Saas models, business process improvement/ re-engineering principles--lean six sigma, customer journey mapping and Agile principles.
Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
Proven track record of leading AI/ML initiatives in data-centric domains, preferably within MDM.
Good understanding of API-First architecture.
Good understanding and hands on experience on data platforms such as Snowflake.
Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines."
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and MLOps practices.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and drive for results.
Min 10 years of Implementation experience in MDM (Preferably Reltio or Stibo) and delivering solutions on Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Master Data Frameworks and metadata.
Converting business needs and outcomes into solution requirements with an ability to articulate total cost of ownership (TCO)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring in enterprise environments.
