Construction Superintendent

• Foster a positive, collaborative jobsite culture and strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation for internal and client review.
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct and document daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Track project progress, resolve field issues, and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, plans, and quality expectations.

They’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of site operations and ensure successful delivery of each project from groundbreaking to closeout.

• Candidates with solely multi-family or residential experience will not be considered.
• OSHA 30 certification highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience across one or more of the following sectors: municipal, education, healthcare, retail, or industrial.
